Update with regarding upcoming street closures related to Citizens’ work on the DigIndy Pleasant Run Tunnel.

Starting on or after Tuesday, Nov. 1, East Pleasant Run Parkway South Drive will be closed at Audubon Road. Citizens will be installing new infrastructure to assist in the diversion of stormwater to the DigIndy tunnel system, rather than the creek. This work is expected to last approximately 60 days.

When Citizens completes the work on Audubon Road, construction will move to Graham Avenue where similar infrastructure work will also take place. This work is also slated to take approximately 60 days.

Homeowners who live at these intersections will have access to their homes, and Citizens will make every effort to work with impacted homeowners. We do encourage folks traveling through the community to be aware of these closures and to follow all of the posted signage and detours to identify alternate routes.

As work progresses, we will keep you updated. Please feel free to share with your networks to help spread the word. See below a graphic from Citizens illustrating the traffic restriction.
